Dear DTC members:
According to the constitution, article II, section 4, Executive committee can designate an inactive individual member.
Inactive individual members shall have no voting privileges and shall not be counted toward a quorum of the club membership.
DTC has checked the attendance from Jan. 25th.
If a member does not appear for the 4 consecutive meeting, he/she will be designated as an inactive individual member.
However, if an inactive member attend the meeting, he/she will automatically recover his active membership.
Until Feb. 22nd,
DTC has 49 members in which 37 are active, 11 are inactive, and 1 is honorary.
Therefore, a quorum, a majority of the active membership, is 19 active member.
You can check the number of active members at the 'Role taking'.
